Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SEND platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials

02Activity

All activities that occur under your account

03Storage

Not using SEND wallets as long-term storage for large sums

04Withdrawals

Withdrawing profits regularly rather than accumulating large balances

05Exposure

Limiting stored funds to amounts you can afford to lose

06Contact

Keeping your contact information up to date

Prohibited Activities

When using SEND, you agree not to:

01Illegal use

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

02Systems access

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

03Disruption

Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

04Malware

Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code

05Manipulation

Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activities

06Automation

Use bots or automation except through our provided APIs

07Compliance

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

08Impersonation

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Platform Services

Trading Features

SEND provides tools for multi-wallet trading and launching on the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to: wallet management, order execution, portfolio tracking, and market analysis tools.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Monitoring

Our systems are monitored 24/7 with automated alerts for any service disruptions. In the rare event of an outage, our team is notified instantly and will prioritize restoring full functionality.

Fees and Payments

Certain features of SEND may require payment of fees. All fees are:

02Refunds

Non-refundable unless otherwise stated

03Changes

Subject to change with reasonable notice

04Taxes

Exclusive of any applicable taxes

Network fees (gas fees) for blockchain transactions are determined by the network and are not controlled by SEND.

The SEND platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SEND and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
